The flat consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. It comfortably accommodates 2 people and up to 4. Your pet friend is welcome too!

In the flat you have a great wifi, plasma TV, air conditioning in both rooms, sound-absorbing windows, table / desk, safe box, fridge, microwave and stove. We also offer you basic items like towels, sheets, soap and toilet paper.

It is a luxury building, with only 5 floors, 24 hour concierge, garage with parking valet, cleaning services, fitness room, small pool and sauna included in the price. The building also offers a laundry service and a meeting room if you need.

The location - Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas -, over a charming lagoon and under the open arms of Christ the Redeemer statue, is one of the most noble and beautiful of Rio de Janeiro. It is next to the Botanical Garden - Jardim Botânico - and the beaches of Leblon, Ipanema and Copacabana (about 2 km away). You have total 7 km of bike path and pedestrian walk around the lagoon, which take you to the seafront.

There are many supermarkets, restaurants, and leisure places very close to you! You also have easy transportation to anywhere in the city, by bus and metro.
